Important notes about your order

Your framed record is put together individually to meet your order and the record itself obtained from one of our regular and reliable suppliers. Please rest assured that in the unlikely event that we cannot fulfil your order precisely as stated on this page, or at the price quoted, then we will contact you straightaway. If you're not satisfied we will offer a full and immediate refund. We cannot issue a refund after we have begun work putting the framed record together however.
