Delivery to the Republic of Ireland, the Channel Islands, USA and Canada only takes 1-3 days more than delivery to UK addresses, so we are usually able to deliver framed records within days as we are within the United Kingdom.

Our speed of delivery depends upon how quickly we can locate the record you would like framed. This is because each framed record is put together to order and the record itself obtained from one of our regular and reliable suppliers.

If we can source the record locally then we can often deliver within 3-4 days. If we use one of our suppliers elsewhere in the UK then we need to allow for the time the record takes to reach us by post and this takes a little longer.

We always use a next working day delivery service in the UK (Parcelforce Express 24) once a framed record is complete.

How much does it cost?

Delivery is included in the price for most mainland UK destinations. However you will need to pay a little more for some areas of the UK to cover the extra costs charged to us. These are shown below.

You will also see extra costs for deliveries to the Republic of Ireland, other EU countries, and other worldwide destinations. These include sales taxes, customs duty and any handling charges; you will not have to pay these costs.

• If you are local to Brighton then we can arrange for you to collect your framed record or sheet music from us by appointment. There is a £10 discount if you collect from us.

We use the Parcelforce Express 24 service for delivery to your home or workplace on the next working day and this is included in the price of your framed record or sheet music for most mainland UK addresses (see above).

Saturday and Sunday delivery are available although we would need to make an additional charge.

Our next working day delivery service to Northern Ireland is operating as normal. There are no sales taxes, customs duties or extra handling charges to those shown in the table above.

Please note that the delivery will need to be accepted and signed for; if no-one is available to accept delivery then it will be your responsibility to contact Parcelforce and arrange for re-delivery or collect from your local post office.

You can also request for the framed record to be sent to a different address - for example, if it is a gift for someone else.

We use Jersey Post and Guernsey Post for local deliveries, which typically take only 1-2 days longer than delivery to UK addresses.

We are now able to deliver to Ireland again now that the United Kingdom has left the European Union. Sales taxes, customs duty and any courier handling charges are included in the extra costs shown above. We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service with Parcelforce called Euro Priority which ensures that you will not be asked to pay any such costs, which are charged directly to us.

This service typically take only 2-3 days longer than delivery to UK addresses.

Our next day delivery service to Northern Ireland is operating as normal.

We are able to deliver to EU member states following the departure of the United Kingdom from the European Union. Sales taxes, customs duty and any courier handling charges are included in the extra costs shown above. We use a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) service with Parcelforce called Euro Priority which ensures that you will not be asked to pay any such costs, which are charged directly to us. This service typically take only 3-4 days longer than delivery to UK addresses.

We use UPS for deliveries to the USA which take only 1-2 days longer than delivery to UK addresses.

We use UPS for deliveries to these countries. This can take only 2-3 days longer than delivery to UK addresses, but can take longer to areas away from the major cities. We can give you an estimated time between shipping and delivery once we know your postal or zip code.

We would be delighted to accept orders from anywhere else worldwide. We have shipped recently to Singapore, Dubai, Hungary, Iceland, Germany, Portugal, Spain, France (including Corsica) and Italy, so we're used to shipping overseas. Just get in touch and we'll give you an estimated delivery time and price straightaway.

The frame is very well packed to avoid damage to the frame and glass as far as possible.

We use sturdy cardboard packaging especially designed for picture frames (shown below); the frame is wrapped inside bubblewrap and then sealed inside one box which is then sealed inside a larger box.
